W Developers, a Lakewood-based company that builds properties mostly in New York City, is constructing the Thread, a 15-story building that will have 151 units.

Construction on W Developers' 15-story, 150-unit luxury condominium is underway, with completion slated for fall 2008. The development will have one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in price from $300,000 to $800,000.
